MyFacilityTeam Plans are based on a recurring monthly or weekly schedules comprised of dedicated personnel with specifics skills. Modular Technology works with each client to establish an initial schedule based a Statement of Work and an operating plan that matches the client objectives. For a small start-up company, this may look like a single part-time Facility Maintenance Technician for one day per week. For a larger company with greater facility challenges this may look like a full-time Facility Maintenance Technician for five days a week and a Facility Manager for one day a week. Plans can scale up or scale down as requirements change. Clients may choose to take an active management role or delegate responsibilities. Client ExampleA month to month agreement with a Biotech client in the South Bay began over ten years ago with Modular Technology providing two Facilities Technicians and a part-time Facilities Manager to service a 110K SF facility consisting of offices and lab space. A considerable amount of work initially was maintaining an aging fleet of freezers. MT developed a Preventative Maintenance plan for the freezers and another for the Facility. Over time the client downsized their leased space to half the original square footage and MT adjusted the schedule from two to one technician and has maintained this Facility Technician / Facility Manager combination ever sense. MT has provided additional personnel for various office and lab reconfigurations as well as projects including the decommissioning and move of another acquired company.
